1. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• –your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• –you are responsible for your own financial and trading decisions

2. Nature of the Platform

Algofy Trading is a quantitative research, analytics, and backtesting platform intended for:

• –educational purposes
• –research purposes
• –strategy development
• –historical analysis
• –simulated and paper trading
• –AI-assisted workflows
• –market analytics and intelligence

Algofy Trading does NOT currently provide:

• –investment advisory services
• –portfolio management services
• –brokerage services
• –execution of trades on behalf of users
• –custody of user funds
• –guaranteed profits or investment outcomes

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• –financial advice
• –investment recommendations
• –trading recommendations
• –tax advice
• –legal advice

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating strategies, making investment decisions, and managing financial risk.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

Users agree to:

• –provide accurate information
• –maintain the security of account credentials
• –promptly update account information if it changes
• –accept responsibility for activities occurring under their account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.

4. AI Features & Third-Party AI Providers

The Platform may provide optional AI-assisted functionality powered by third-party AI providers. Users may optionally provide their own API credentials for supported providers, including but not limited to:

• –OpenAI
• –Anthropic
• –Google Gemini
• –Groq
• –other supported providers

Users acknowledge that:

• –AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations
• –AI-generated outputs are informational only
• –AI outputs should not be relied upon as financial advice
• –third-party AI services may experience downtime, errors, or limitations

Algofy Trading does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of AI-generated content. Users remain solely responsible for verifying and evaluating any AI-generated information or strategies.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Certain Platform features may require paid subscriptions.

Subscription plans, pricing, usage limits, and features may change at any time. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing a subscription, users authorize recurring billing where applicable.

Users are responsible for:

• –applicable taxes
• –payment authorization
• –maintaining valid payment methods

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of paid features. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by the Platform Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• –violate applicable laws or regulations
• –misuse the Platform
• –attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• –interfere with Platform infrastructure
• –reverse engineer or exploit the Platform
• –use automated systems to abuse services
• –upload malicious code or harmful content
• –impersonate others
• –misuse AI features for unlawful activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Platform Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. Algofy Trading does not guarantee:

• –uninterrupted availability
• –error-free operation
• –continuous uptime
• –data accuracy
• –market data completeness
• –uninterrupted access to third-party services

Platform functionality may be interrupted due to:

• –maintenance
• –infrastructure failures
• –third-party outages
• –market data interruptions
• –internet connectivity issues
• –force majeure events

8. Market Data & Analytics Disclaimer

Market data, charts, indicators, scanners, analytics, alerts, and AI-generated outputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, hypothetical, or unavailable.

Backtesting and simulated trading results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Users acknowledge that trading and investing involve substantial financial risk.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including but not limited to software, branding, interfaces, analytics systems, algorithms, visual design, trademarks, and proprietary tooling, are owned by Algofy Trading or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• –copy
• –redistribute
• –resell
• –reverse engineer
• –commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written permission

Users retain ownership of their own strategy configurations and user-generated content where applicable.

10. Future Broker Integrations

The Platform may in the future integrate with third-party brokers, exchanges, APIs, or execution systems. Users acknowledge that:

• –broker APIs may fail
• –execution delays may occur
• –orders may be rejected
• –connectivity interruptions may occur
• –third-party systems may become unavailable

Algofy Trading does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free integration with any broker or exchange. Users remain solely responsible for monitoring and authorizing trading activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algofy Trading and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• –trading losses
• –investment losses
• –indirect damages
• –lost profits
• –loss of data
• –missed opportunities
• –service interruptions
• –AI-generated inaccuracies
• –third-party failures
• –broker integration failures
• –market-related losses

Use of the Platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algofy Trading and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• –violation of these Terms
• –misuse of the Platform
• –violation of laws or regulations
• –trading or investment activity
• –use of third-party integrations

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion, including for:

• –violation of these Terms
• –suspected abuse
• –fraud
• –unlawful activity
• –security risks
• –non-payment

Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

14. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

15. Modifications to the Platform

Algofy Trading may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any portion of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Features, pricing, integrations, and functionality may change over time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
