E. Payment & Subscription Information

Payments and subscription billing may be processed through third-party payment providers. Algofy Trading does not intentionally store complete payment card information on its own servers.

F. User Strategies, Chats & AI Interactions

Users may create, store, or interact with trading strategies, backtesting configurations, prompts, chats, analytical workflows, and other research-related content through the Platform.

Algofy Trading treats such user-generated content as private to the respective user account unless the user explicitly chooses to share or publish content through Platform features.

At the current stage of the Platform, Algofy Trading does not intentionally use private user strategies, chats, or prompts to train proprietary AI models.

Certain AI-assisted features may rely on third-party AI providers selected or configured by users. Interactions processed through such providers may be subject to the respective provider's infrastructure and policies.

Algofy Trading may in the future introduce proprietary AI infrastructure, platform intelligence systems, or optional collaborative features intended to improve product functionality and user experience. If material changes are made regarding how user-generated content or AI interactions are processed, stored, or utilized, users will be informed through updated policies, platform notices, or consent mechanisms where required by applicable law.

Users retain responsibility for safeguarding confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive information shared through the Platform.

Algofy Trading shall not be liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect damages, or market-related losses arising from use of the Platform.

Algofy Trading may in the future integrate with third-party brokers, APIs, exchanges, or execution systems. Users acknowledge that:
